Dietitians

Katrina Terkeurst

I received my bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Michigan State University. During my dietetic internship, I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to receive training and provide staff relief at the OSF Saint Francis Medical Center Eating Disorders Program in Peoria, Illinois. It was there that I fell in love with helping individuals develop a healthy relationship with food. Since completing my Registered Dietitian credentials, I have worked with eating disorder patients at both Forest View Hospital and Pine Rest. I have also worked with patients receiving kidney dialysis. I am very passionate about intuitive eating and Health at Every Size. I believe that in order to be healthy, you must first have a healthy relationship with food and your body. I am married to my high school sweetheart and we have two amazing daughters! We enjoy camping, traveling and spending time together as a family. In my spare time I also enjoy gardening, reading, being active and being surrounded by nature.
